About the authors
Hi
Thanks for visiting my author page. You may be here because you have enjoyed one or more of my books and want to find out a bit more about me.
You will notice that my books are a mix of Quick and Slow. This is because I have two sides to the contribution I wish to make, Quick Wins and Slow Gains. Both are important to those I work with.
I specialize in Business Development Coaching for coaches and business professionals.
‘Quick Win’s in Sales and Marketing’ was written to support those in business for themselves who find themselves struggling with easy, simple ideas and inspiration to attract clients.
As walking has always been my personal superpower, helping with mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing, I have made it a big part of my life and work.
Slowing down and simplifying has become my mantra as I see so many people lose themselves in overload and consequent burn out in business.
‘Go Slow to Grow’ was originally inspired when hiking my first ‘Camino de Santiago de Compostella’ and the lessons learnt which have great value in both business and life.
I would describe my writing style as a mix of commercial and personal insight. I find ways of bringing the two together in my work and writing, which is both reflective and practical. I do enjoy sharing my ideas to help and inspire positive change personally and in business.
I live in the historic Oxfordshire market town of Wallingford and in my spare time, I love being outside in nature, hiking, running, cycling and open-water swimming. I also practice yoga and meditation.
I am in the habit of walking a long-distance Camino pilgrimage route each year simply because I love the experience and it gives me so much.
In my book ‘Transform Your Life by Walking’ I share many insights gained from these trips hiking across Spain and beyond.
I hope that reading my books gives ideas, insight, and personal benefit. All reviews are appreciated.
Please do follow this author page and if you are in business connect on LinkedIn.
Warmest wishes
Jackie
Monika Mundell is a Client Attraction Alchemist™, Business Consultant & Copywriter for high-vibe entrepreneurs who want MORE time freedom, MORE clients, MORE money and MORE impact!
Her story includes transitioning from baking cupcakes to living a location independent life... from growing up in Switzerland to migrating to Australia at the sweet age of 30... to manifesting EVERY single dream she's ever had into her life and to know what it feels like to be trapped in a job you hate and then transforming that deep pain into daily gratitude.
Before she discovered her easy genius (messaging, manifesting and marketing strategy), she was a professional chef for 22 years (yep, she was trained by the star chefs of the 80s).
Nika started her business because she wanted FREEDOM, and there was no way she could ever get THAT working for a boss.
She has since helped thousands of entrepreneurs ignite their momentum, boost profits and design the business they love, to live the life they deserve + desire.
She can help you transform yours, too through her business retreats, books, mentoring and online courses.
When she isn't serving her love tribe, helping them build the businesses and lives they crave she can be found hiking in the Swiss mountains, cruising across the oceans of our beautiful planet, living life to the max surrounded by friends and family and showcasing her nomadic life with selfies on Facebook.
Nika is a master manifestor, an alchemist, warrior woman and student of shamanic practices. She believes that life is too short to not make the most of every single moment of every day and she is (still) looking to perfect the art of packing light.
If you're called to connect with Nika she would likely be thrilled to get to know you.

Bestselling travel writer, tech nerd, pilgrim and mentor to rising authors. Mum, grandma & adventurer.
Susan Jagannath successfully combined a passion for reading, a love of writing and a fascination for technology, to create a career in technical writing. With over 50 technical manuals (not) to her name, she finally decided to use her writing and publishing skills for herself and write and publish her own books independently.
To her mild surprise, when her very niche books went bestseller regularly, she realised she had a system that could help others write and publish as well.
As an army brat and then military wife, her life included seven different schools, three universities and a couple of emergency evacuations from conflict zones. Travel and adventure were a normal part of life.
She now believes in seizing every opportunity to have a new adventure.
Whether it’s camping on the beach in Australia, trekking in the Himalayas, kayaking in Queensland, whitewater rafting down the Ganges, or walking the Camino in Spain and Portugal, her philosophy is to connect with people and create memories for a lifetime, (and disconnect from television and computer games).
Susan is now on the next adventure of her life, reinventing retirement, helping people write their first bestseller, and learning to be an awesome grandmother.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Homage to Spirit, Love & Deep Connection
Format: Kindle EditionVerified PurchaseAs a contributing author of this wonderful collection of Camino stories I'm once again reminded about the power of spirit, love and connection that resides in all of us... and how each of us, through conscious choice, can instigate remarkable life changes by walking the Camino.
I bought the book because I wanted to experience the Camino through the eyes of my fellow authors, and feast on their memories as they retold their pilgrimage. Reading this book only strengthened my yearning to get back on the Camino. And I can't wait to make it so. Buen Camino!
I feel humbled, grateful and exhilarated by everyone's account.

5.0 out of 5 stars The ultimate collection of 'trails' and tribulations from the Camino
Format: Kindle EditionVerified PurchaseSo for full disclosure, i did write one of the chapters in the book, but i hadn't read everyone else's chapters until i got my hands on my copy this morning. Wow what an adventure everyone had! It just goes to show that everyone's Camino experience is different, and that preparation (like reading other peoples best tips) is key. If you have ever considered walking the Camino, or simply want to live vicariously through others' experiences, this book will not disappoint.
