3.0 out of 5 stars The plot is good, however

The plot is good, however, too many typos for my liking. Also too many unrelated characters from history included which acted as a distraction rather than making the story interesting.

4.0 out of 5 stars Tells a good story

The author tells a good story. Because I really enjoyed the story and because I think the author has promise I'll make these suggestions.
First, literature is about language and the author's grammar is messy to the point of making it necessary to guess the author's meaning on many crucial occasions. I understand English is an international language, but I feel working with a native English speaking proofreader could have gone a long way to making this novel a more enjoyable read.
The other point that bothered me a little is about historical context. At the beginning of the novel there is mention of smoking tobacco, highly unlikely in that historical period. I prefer historical novels that stay in the context of myth and history. There's still plenty of room for play.

Unfortunately I cannot rate the content of this book, as the editing was extremely bad. Full of typos, grammatical errors, and formatting issues, it was simply impossible.
